The Metal Bird The gilded cage glistened
Shinning wet and gold.
Its bars subduing,
Trapping a frail metal bird
The unwound key shown silver
Sparkling against the muddy endless blues,
Which dulled the appeal
Of even the prettiest golden cage.

Leila stepped away,
Away from the painted canvas.
She felt an ache
Deep within her,

I had to be the photograpgher AND the model for this pic! @.@ For the blood I used food coloring and during the whole time I was spattering "blood" on the bathtub I kept worrying if my dad was going to barge in and ask me what I was doing. Lol thankfully no one came in...I would have been in so much trouble...probably will be because the tile is stained now ^^

For blood in pictures I take, I use the ink out of red pens... It shouldnt stain o.O

Odd that it wouldn't, then again the thought of red or ink gives me the image of "not coming off anytime soon". Do you literally dismantle red pens or use ink wells? That's a clever idea though
